Return and Refund Policy - Affect Art Gallery
At Affect Art Gallery, your satisfaction is our priority. Your purchase is protected by our 7-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund voucher, which can be used toward the purchase of any other artwork. Please note that the refund applies only to cases of damaged goods, and slight color variations are not considered damage. Frames are not covered under the refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our store and navigate to the Account section to initiate a return request.
- Submit your purchase details along with supporting photographs of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is damaged upon arrival:
- Note any exceptions on the Airway Bill copy, which should be retained by you and the courier shipping company.
- Make appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet provided by the courier company.
- Inform us immediately by emailing affectartindia@gmail.com with the necessary details and images.
Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of ₹1000 (minimum) will apply for all return requests. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or needs to be borne by the customer, as applicable.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only applicable to products damaged in transit.
- Frames are excluded from the refund guarantee.
- Orders paid via cheque or demand draft will only be dispatched after payment clearance.
We ensure that your order will be dispatched within 15 days of confirmed receipt of full payment.
